UK Delivery Information:
All orders over £100 including VAT will be sent with Free UK Delivery. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail - and generally will be with you within 3 - 5 working days unless otherwise stated. A signature may be required for extra security upon delivery.
International Delivery Information:

For European orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 4 - 8 working days.
For USA/Canada orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 5 - 12 working days.
For the rest of the world generally we expect your orders to arrive between 7 - 14 working days. However, please allow up to 21 working days from day of dispatch.

Our products are available to responsible adults over the age of 18 years, for use in professional or hobby capacity. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local laws concerning the use and ownership of any products ordered.
By completing a purchase the buyer agrees that Law Lock Tools Ltd will not be held liable or responsible for the use or misuse of any items purchased. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property caused by use of our tools.

On your credit / debit card / payment statement, the charge will appear in your local bank currency. Our store will display the price in UK Pounds Sterling. Please select the region correctly so correct taxes and postal rates are applied; any mistakes and you may end up paying extra. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duty / tax or customs fee when charged. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for these fees.

You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us within 15 days from receipt of order.

If you are unsatisfied you may return anything you purchase from Law Lock Tools Ltd for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new unused condition. We will credit your credit/debit card, PayPal account within 30 day of the time we receive your return.
We cannot accept claims for items declared as lost or not delivered if the tracking states "Delivered" or signed for. If an order is returned to sender by a delivery partner due to a failure to collect from your local delivery office or an incorrect address then their will be an additional delivery charge or refund minus the delivery charge.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, a full refund will be provided but may be adjusted to reflect the reduction in value.
